I'm not easily pleased, but everyone at Aid Audio TV was polite and professional. None were condescending or insulting as witnessed by the previous two reviewers. Having a small business myself these people know how to talk to their customers and explain to their customers what was wrong with their TV. They certainly did with me and they delivered as promised in 3 to 5 business days (they fixed Grandma's Philips 37" flat screen 3 and 1/2). Five stars to Aid Audio, you and I are some of the last holdouts of good customer service
