What a mess!!! Finally got reimbursed (minus $420) for a broken sectional that I bought in December! Jeff Holland is the owner of the store. I called him in late December when I received the couch and found it to be of inferior quality. He yelled at me on the phone and told me I was stuck with it and if I did not want it, I could sell it! He told me the customer is never right! I think the man has a boozer problem. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. The store never did fully grasp the problem. They thought I was disputing the amount of the payments. What a mess! I was forced to pay a restocking fee of $420.00. Now, Jeff can resell the POS sectional and support his habit. Stay far, far away.
