I had to choose one star but I think that's even too generous. We bought our couch and loveseat over six years ago and they came with mismatched feet. We are STILL waiting for the maple feet so our loveseat will match the rest of our furniture. We even had to take a foot off of the couch, drive it down to the store, watched a woman trace it on a piece of paper (to ensure the shape was right, uh-huh) and never got a call back. After calling about four times, we surrendered to the idea of having paid good money for mismatched furniture. They drink on the job (there is usually an icechest with half full wine bottles in it). Don't be fooled by the new ""Urban Furniture"" name, it's the same owner and shady guys. All of the people there are awful to you after they take your money, if you end up with a problem, the problem belongs to you and in their eyes, the customer is always WRONG.
Pros: variety and good deals but you get what you paid for
Cons: bad customer service, drunk owner
