Rip off report!!! I took my car in to Mad Hatter on 23rd to have the brake pads changed and oil change. I was charged $475.00 for brake pad replacement and oil change. The brakes have been squealing every since I left. I called to see if they would check the brakes and Josh said it will cost me to look at them. Also they didnt use the oil I wanted and the oil filter was a cheap non name brand.This place is run by crooks and will over charge you big time. I called pepboys and a few other places and they wouldnt have charge half of what they charged. The guy josh is just there to rip someone off. I will never go back
