Owned and operated by the kindest people in the world. My girlfriend and I booked a room for 4 days well in advance of our vacation and were sadly disappointed to discover that by the time we checked in (in mid December) the snow had still not come. We stayed the first night (good room, well-heated, with a great lakeside view), but decided to cut our stay short, leaving the following evening for Mount Hood in Oregon for a full week of snowboarding. I expected we would have to pay the full price of the 4 nights we reserved, and was just hoping we could get at least a night taken off. Instead, they went further and took two nights off and only charged us for the two days we occupied the room. The owners were super nice and charming and I very much look forward to staying at Boulder Lodge next winter when, hopefully, there will be plenty of fresh snow.
