I frequent June Mountain often but stayed there for the first time this past weekend. The place is cozy and was roomier then I expected which is refreshing compared to chain motels I'm use to in Mammoth. The decor is pretty old school but who cares when the heater works, the lake view is gorgeous, and the staff is friendly. Oh, they have a few beautiful dogs that are so friendly to visitors. The indoor jacuzzi and pool was AWESOME. There's nothing like a hard day of carving on the mountains then a dip in the hot tub. I plan to stay here every time I'm snowboarding with my friends at June Mountain.
