The sales representative was very professional and helpful. The company owner seemed to be flexible with product trade off. I was not impressed with the installation or the installer, as a homeowner I want to know what is going in and where it is going. The installer was a poor communicator, not explaining why things were being put where he was putting them. It seem as though when I wasn't watching, he installed wires where they didn't need to be and detectors in very visible places. I am not totally satisfied that the motion detectors cover the area I need covered. I asked for a few extra sticker signs, that I did not get, also the sticker signs that were put on the control pad and other places are so small you need a magnifying glass to read the call numbers. Not good at all!!!
