The service I got from Brian Hughes and his staff was completely top notch. Install techs were awesome and answered any questions I had and I always was impressed with how conscious they were of leaving my home in a clean manner. They left no mess behind. Would certainly recommend because they are local, professional, and straightforward. There was no "car salesman" sales pitches like I got from other companies. more

I've been using Hawkeye for my security service since opening last year. I just contracted with them to install one of their sound systems and am as pleased with it as I am with their security system. Their installers are experts, professional, polite and a delight to work with. I would not consider another service after dealing with Hawkeye - they are THAT good! more

Good service for a seemingly very complex service 6/25/2015

The folks at Hawkeye have always been very helpful but the service has not been what we expected. Can't view cameras on our smart TV. Can't view cameras on my iMac because the vendor they use for cameras is not compatible. Seems to work well with our SmartPhones but keeping it up and running has been a bit of a chore requiring me to have more technical knowledge than I wanted to have to learn. Let me however stress how helpful and cooperative the employees have all been. The installation guys were amazing putting forth great effort to make this system work. more

OUTSTANDING SERVICE 4/22/2015

Hawkeye Service is impeccable. No job is too large or too small for the company. Mat the owner took time to personally do an install during one of the worst snows of record. He and his personnel are extremely competent and professionally. Also, later I asking him to do another unrelated very small job. I really expected him to say he could not fit it into the schedule, To my surprise, he agreed and personally was very gracious and accommodating. They were able to do what their competitors could not or would not do. I cannot express my satisfaction adequately, suffice to say JOB EXTREMELY WELL DONE Al, USAF Ret. more

I was all set to choose a competitor when I moved into my new house, but got a recommendation to call Hawkeye. When I met with the no-pressure sales rep Chris, he explained my options and the costs. My home was already equipped with a number of sensors that he thought would work with my upgraded unit. He was right. My installer was prompt, courteous and professional. The touch-screen keypad and free downloadable security app are super cool and work great. No problems! I HIGHLY recommend Hawkeye! more

Hawkeye has an eye for Home Theater and Security 9/23/2013

These guys blew me away and I normally don't deal with businesses in Indiana. When I was redesigning my home theater, I searched all over Louisville until I stumbled across these guys on Google. Working off of that, I browsed their site and was impressed. They didn't even mind my last minute addition of an external security cam for my front door. Truly the best. more

Need a LAN line? Seriously? 8/6/2013

I've been trying to get a vendor to come out and install a video surveillance system at my new house and gave Hawkeye a call since they are also a Dish Network dealer and cover "Louisville metro and all of Southern Indiana". Well, at least that's what their website says. I wanted to have some kind of real-time video REMOTE monitoring, quality and recording (DVR) wasn't an issue as much as just being able to check on the place I called the woman at the front desk and she said "sure" to what I was requesting and said she'd have a guy come out on Saturday. I told her to make sure and have the guy call me before he got there to make sure of directions, as it's pretty difficult to figure out for some people. I made the trip to be there at the house and when the man called, he asked what I was wanting (which should have been on my file already) and asked if I would have a LAN line. I said that no, we were going to go with cell technology and a Dish system. He said that without a LAN line, they would not be able to install a system that would let me monitor remotely. All of the people that I'm having quote this system are using the Dish to get the signal uploaded to the internet. As well, if the Dish can download full video to your TV, why in the world does it need a LAN line for video surveillance??? Doesn't make sense. It seems that Hawkeye (or at least that guy) simply did not want to drive out to my place and deal with us as a customer. He claimed it was an hour and a half away, but it's really only 40 minutes from Jeffersonville. BAD BUSINESS, any way you paint it. more

  • When we started in 2002, our focus was primarily residential security. We quickly acquired national service contracts for companies such as CVS/pharmacy, Big Lots, Dollar General, and others.

    In 2007, when the economy was going great, Matt realized that everything follows economic cycles and began to plan for a downturn.
