I have been a member of this institution for about 14 years and I must say a few of these reviews that talk about a complete failure in the area of customer service are spot on. It isn't everyone at they bank but as a collective whole the member service representatives are just downright rude, they have no concept of what customer service is and seem to be agitated with members and there jobs. To be clear I am not some dead beat that over drafts his account and is constantly in the office asking for a refund of fees.I am a financially stable working adult and I know how important customer service is.It has to be a failure in management because some of these people have been there for years.I pulled my earnings away from this bank a long time ago and would suggest people take their money elsewhere.
