While they could not service me the day I called, they did arrange for service the next day, Saturday, for mid to late morning. Unfortuately, the Tech(Kevin) did not arrive until after 12:30. However Lisa called several times to update Kevins arrival time. Once here Kevin analized the problem, had the necessary parts with him and made the repair in just over an hour. I will definitely call them again when I need service.
