We had a water leak that needed immediate attention. Lloyd's sent one of their best who arrived in less than 30 minutes. Found the leak quickly and performed a high-quality repair. Very happy with their friendly service and quick response. more

Came home after working a 12-hr shift - both toilets were clogged, dirty/disgusting water had backed up into the bathtub and shower, and this same dirty water was leaking out of a "clean out" in the backyard. OF COURSE IT WAS A SUNDAY!!! Lloyd's was there within a few hours and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. The price was about 1/3 of what I was expecting for emergency service on a Sunday. I will NEVER call anyone but Lloyd's again. I really cannot say enough good things about them! more

I had 3 other companies come out to check my sewer and the problems with my sewer line did not get fixed until alloyed Plumbing quickly did a complete diagnosis and completely flushed the line of 11 tree roots had grown into the line. We encountered a very low flames in one of our fireplaces and contacted LLyod's Plumbing. The entire experience was fantastic..from the receptionist in the office to that actual work being done. I have been using lloyds for probably 10 years now and I trust them with everything. They recommended and replaced toilets, which brought down my water bill, replaced by water heater before it would have ruptured with all the rust inside, and fixed my garbage disposal, water filtration system, and repaired 3 slab leaks. On top of all this, they assisted me by providing the needed documents to my homeowneres insurance to help me with my claims. From the triage personnel in the office who work to get you serviced as your schedule requires to the professional, knowledgeable and instructive on-site repairs, I would only recommend Lloyds. more

Our water heater crapped out a few days before we were to go on vacation. Called Lloyd's. Turned out our water heater parts were still cover under the original warranty. They replaced the part, no charge for that, only had to pay for labor which was under 1 hour. more

It's not very often when we get a significant amount of rain, but we did. I knew my backyard drains didn't work very well, as the water would build up very quickly with even the smallest storm. When we recently had the heavy rains, the water level was fast approaching my back door threshold. This is when I knew attention was needed. I was referred to Lloyds Plumbing from a very close friend. Kyle was dispatched. He was on time, friendly and eager to get started. He worked relentlessly against what seemed like a complete blockage. In the 2 hour process, he pulled out a half dozen tennis $@!#% and enough roots to start my own tropical forest. When he finally was able to get the lines cleared, the backyard cleared instantly. Kyle, however, didn't stop there. He made sure that all the water entry points were clear and that I would have worry-free service. Since the service, I've already recommended that my neighbor use Lloyds for his daughters house. Both he and I couldn't be any happier with our experience with Lloyds Plumbing and with Kyle. If I do need any further service, whether inside or outside my home, I'll be calling on Lloyds!! -Robert more

Jesse was very efficient and conscientious of time. I mean, it's never FUN to spend money on fixing things like sinks and faucets, but they got the job done. (We used them to do a few "honey do's," that "honey" wasn't up for doing.) It is nice to have everything working properly and with very little domestic strife! Also, we know the repairs are way better than if we had tried to do them ourselves. Would definitely recommend them. And actually we have used them multiple times in the past. more

Lloyd's Plumbing was very, very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I had to call Lloyd's for something my insurance company should've taken care of. They were really nice. I think it was Barbara who emailed me a complete estimate and she even spoke with the insurance company. She did a wonderful job. They were very attentive. The plumber showed up on time and was very professional. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name. He cleared the shower drain that was running slowly. I had a toilet hat wouldn't stop running and he said he could either rebuild the flush mechanism or put in a new one, suggesting the later. He had to go to a supplier to get the part, came back, fixed the unit and everything is perfect. more
