Continuous bad service with Tomball Dodge.\r

I went in on a Saturday afternoon and after being told that all banks were closed to come back on Monday, I did. On Monday, sales person gave me a finance rate, after driving 2 hours to go there they changed the finance rate, which by luck I had it in a text from sales person so they had to use the lower rate. Then after leaving and a few days later, I realized they never put an inspection sticker on my car. So instead of them mailing one to me since they made the mistake they told me I would need to bring the car back from them to put inspection sticker on it...I instead paid the $ at an inspection place locally to get car inspected. Now it has been a month and I still have not received all the papers I signed on the day I bought the vehicle. I have called 5 times and the last time the receptionist hung up on me because I was ""talking rudely to her"". \r
