I use Lim Ric for my heating/air service and have the service plan so every 6 months my units are inspected. The service technicians are always professional and thorough, but this particular visit was an excellent experience. The service technician went out of his way to explain the system components, and he also took the time to help re-assure my nervous rescue dog to allow for the work inside my house to be completed without any issues. I really appreciated that!
