Recently my daughter toook my Nissan Frontier in to be serviced at Nissan of Union City. No, I do not like abuse, but I WILL give a company a 2nd chance to make it right. Not Nissan of Union City!! Because my daughter would be in this area all week, she wanted to take it to the nearest one which, unfortunately, happened to be this location. I only needed an oil change so I called a couple of days earlier to see if I needed to schedule an appointment so the wait would not be so long. Scheduling an appt. is fruitless, the wait was over 2 hrs. long. This was the 2nd visit here with a 2 hr. wait for an oil change. I was very upset because I had been waiting over an hr. for my daughter to pick me up from work and they still had not started. I spoke to the receptionist and asked for the service mgr. she stated he was in the back because the work was a little behind, but she would get him to call me. I left a message with her and I asked that she transfer me to his phone and I left
