Nissan of Union City

Recently my daughter toook my Nissan Frontier in to be serviced at Nissan of Union City. No, I do not like abuse, but I WILL give a company a 2nd chance to make it right. Not Nissan of Union City!! Because my daughter would be in this area all week, she wanted to take it to the nearest one which, unfortunately, happened to be this location. I only needed an oil change so I called a couple of days earlier to see if I needed to schedule an appointment so the wait would not be so long. Scheduling an appt. is fruitless, the wait was over 2 hrs. long. This was the 2nd visit here with a 2 hr. wait for an oil change. I was very upset because I had been waiting over an hr. for my daughter to pick me up from work and they still had not started. I spoke to the receptionist and asked for the service mgr. she stated he was in the back because the work was a little behind, but she would get him to call me. I left a message with her and I asked that she transfer me to his phone and I left more

I have to say the experience me and my wife had at Nissan of Union city was great. This is how it happened, I went online looking for a Nissan Maxima for my wife it was for her birthday I wanted to surprise her. I sent in a request for a Maxima, and as soon as I hit submit I got a phone call From Lonnie McNear, he was very nice and new what he was talking about. I said i wanted the one with the two sunroofs and he said oh you mean the panoramic, and I said yes. so I told him the story of what I was trying to do and he said come on in when you have a moment at lets work it out. so I came down to the dealership after work, for my first time going to this dealership it was very clean, the receptionist was very nice, and when I said who I was here to see a guy walked up and greeted me, said he was the internet Director Shamarr Gregory and asked if I wanted a water and thanked me for coming by then introduced me to Lonnie, He had everything there waiting on me the brouchure for the maxima and a Brand new Maxima waiting for me on the front pad, I didnt tell Lonnie but I was sold that minute, the process didnt take to long, and Lonnie offered to drive my car to my house in snellville so my wife could see it when she arrived at home. the whole process was more than what I could ask for from a dealership. I will tell everyone if your in need of a car, and great service go to Nissan union city. more

HORRIABLE, HORRIABLE experiance with Union City. Linda, my saleswomen just kept telling me that I could not afford the car i wanted and kept sterring me toward a car I did not like. I went to Cronic Nissan in Griffin and got the car I wanted and with excellent service. Linda at Union City pu t me in the Versa and i took it home. Later I realized that she had never told me a thing...Price, payment, interest rate, NOTHING!! My Dad bought the car so I assumed she had told him...I was wrong. If you like being RIPPED OFF, and LIED to, then Nissan of Union City is your place. Go to Cronic Nissan and save yourself the hassel. more

My husband spent 2 hours on 2/19 talking with the sales guy and they couldn't agree to a price so he came home but after emailing the sales guy that we could do $13,300 and put $500 down payment if he could do it for 0% financing he emailed back saying Deal Come on, so we did. After getting there they told my husband they could NOT do the 0% and when they went to financing the charged my husband $15800 for the car at 0.9% interest for 72 months!!! When my husband questioned the price the finance guy said he didn't take into consideration the tax tag and title and fees. What typical car sales people these people are! When we went back after I read the contract and asked that they honor their original agreement they said no that once you take the car it's yours too bad. Granted my husband did sign but he took them at their word and having never really dealt with contracts before he was naive enough to trust them at their word! That will never happen again. The sales staff there is great especially this one sales manager there I meet by the name of Danny. I would recommend my entire family. more

I had my car serviced around April and the service I received was excellent, they were very professional and the mechanic that worked on my vehicle was very knowledgeable. I always feel like they are concerned about my car and my safety while driving my vehicle. more

I really didn't want to take my Infiniti to a mom and pop shop just to save money and I'm so glad I didn't. Nissan South took good care of the care and cleaned it inside and out too! I felt like the car and I received the royal treatment without the royal cost. I left without the long list of things that I needed to have worked on. It was an honest and stress free transaction. more

My friend had a car problem so I took her car to get fixed at Nissan where she got the car. They were excellent and they didn't charge a lot like most of the dealerships. It was the perfect place and they also were really nice to me. more

These people have great cars and a convenient location. However, they wont get off you back if you dont want to buy a car from them. Also, their service dept. has a bunch of crooks. Go in for a $25 oil change, come out with a bill for $350. This happens every time, no matter what! more
