Ed was great. He explained exactly what my problem was and what he was going to do to fix it. He told me up front what the cost would be. Ed was very professional, friendly and wasted no time in completing the job. He was careful to keep his work area clean and wore booties when in the house.
When he was outside packing up the truck he saw a neighborhood pit-bull running out into the road and nearly getting hit by a car. Ed ran out to save the dog (and the driver) and brought him to safety.
Then, when backing up his truck to leave, the reflector on the top back corner of the truck caught on a very, very low hanging cable and the cable came down. Ed didn't leave until the situation was totally resolved. He waved traffic away from the cable that was hanging down in mid-air at car height and ultimately moved the entire cable out of harm's way.
I won't ever be using any other plumbing company!
