I was very happy with my Budget Blinds experience. As a very indecisive home owner, I really had no clue when it came to blinds. Eric came to my home twice to help me navigate through the process. He offered great suggestions, helped me assess the pros and cons of each option, and worked with me to find an optimal solution. I never at all felt as if I was being sold or rushed into a decision I did price some other options and the pricing was very competitive. The installers were both extremely friendly and professional. With the blinds installed now, I am really happy with them. They are high quality and look great. I would have given five stars except that after about three weeks when I contacted the office to find out about the status of my order, the assistant I spoke with said she'd look into it and call me back in a few minutes, but she didn't. All in all, I highly recommend doing business with Budget Blinds of Brooklyn.
