My initial contact was a door hanger, great first impression, esp since no one knocked! I hung onto it for when I would need it. Six months later, I call Carl and he came out free of charge to inspect the dryer area and outside vent. We made an appt over the phone. He showed up early and left on time. He gave me so much information, I felt confident in his work. I have been extremely satisfied with my dryer performance. I would definately recommend his company and services to any one.
