Carl from SafeSmart was very professional and was not pushy when he showed up. I was amazed at all of the lent/hair he found in my homes dryer ventilation shaft (20+ year home I've been in for last 7 years) . Carl showed up right on time and gave me tips after the job was performed as to what could be done to prevent lent build up in the future and most importantly, provided pictures of the job from start to finish showing before and after pictures. I would highly recommend this company. more

I greatly appreciate the excellent service call from Carl at SafeSmart! He arrived right on time and not only took care of cleaning out our dyer vent but also replaced the connection tube to help prevent future clogs. We didn't have a ton of lint build up, but we did have a great deal of sand for our summer beach trips that he was able to remove. Thank you, SafeSmart! more

SafeSmart Dryer Vent Services were extremely professional and courteous. Even though the initial appointment was only intended to clean the vents, the service person also attended to my dryer which was not functioning properly. It was repaired at a very reasonable cost and works better than ever. I had been considering purchasing a new one, so they saved me tons of money. I would highly recommend their services. more

Wow, What An Eye Opener! 8/24/2013

I can not believe how much lint was extracted! My dryer would take more than one cycle to dry the clothes, and dryer was very hot to the touch. This concerned me since I have read recent stories of dryer fires in the news. SafeSmart Vent offered excellent service and was very affordable for peace of mind. I just tried drying my first batch of clothes last night and it only took one cycle and the dryer was not hot at all. Thank you Carl! more

Don't bother to look any further. First of all he was on time, as promised. His truck was immaculate as well as all of his tools. The service was first class, very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how to do it. Bottom line is...the vent is clear, and the dryer works great. Drying now takes less than 1/3 the normal time. Rates were very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Tell your friends...your not going to find a better service. more

I would highly recommend this service. I never really thought about how my "dryer" could be a possible fire hazard until I seen the pictures of the years of lent build up. Wow! Incredible. My dryer is working better & faster but it is now functioning safely. more

CARL MORE THAN EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. HE WAS PROMPT, POLITE,KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THOUROUGH. HE CLEANED THE VENT, THE DRYER, THE FLOOR, WALL EVERYTHING IN OUR LAUNDRY ROOM. HE EDUCATED US ON THE NEED FOR HIS SERVICE, SENT US PHOTOS, A THANK YOU CARD, HAS FOLLWED UP. OUR CLOTHES NOW DRY IN HALF THE TIME. JUST AN OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE.
