It began with the Costco online quote during the evening hours. Within an hour Mark Baker contacted us and set up an appointment with us the following day.\r

He shared his expert knowledge regarding the vehicle we were interested in. With the information he shared about the new changes made to the 2012 model, our mind was set on purchasing a 2012 or newer.\r

He kept in mind our needs and showed us the last 2012 Honda Pilot on the lot. It was a very quick transaction with no hassle. He was professional yet personable. Never did we feel that we were at a typical car dealership!\r

We noticed when we arrived home with our new Honda Pilot that there was a deep long scratch in the windshield. Mike Marks in the service department arranged for the new windshield to be installed at our residence to make this less of a hassle on us. Again Mike was very kind, professional, took care of the windshield promptly. Once the windshield was replaced, he followed up with a call to assure we were happy with the service. Again, we feel customer service is hard to come by nowadays, but not at Lynnwood Honda! Please send our many thanks to both gentleman for making our purchase and service absolutely pleasant.
