I had tried their services a couple of times. I was not very impressed, but I figured I would try them one more time. I should have been suspicious when one of their doctors had last minute, first and last appointments of the day open. Let me say, their staff are very friendly and very helpful, 5 stars for them. I was not impressed by Dr. Lord. He is abrupt and rude. He treats owners as if they have no intelligence and no input in the handling and treatment of their pet. As a clarification, he did ask me what tests I wanted to run and they did tell me the costs (very expensive), before running the tests. But, his overall attitude was very condescending. I have spoken with several other people who have used their services and they were not happy, either. I will not be bringing my pets back to Kitty Hawk Animal Hospital.
