Really disappointed in the way Lancaster Medical has taken care of me while pregnant. My when OBGYN sent me to my primary to have my thyroid regulated, I was unable to visit with an actual doctor. They tried to schedule me for an appointment three months out... despite me telling them I was pregnant and needed my thyroid regulated immediately. I ended up meeting with a PA, who then forgot she was in fact the one regulating my throid before my next appointment and had the nurses follow up with me to find out. It's sad that I had to remind them that SHE was regulating it, had prescribed me medication and had blood work scheduled for me. \r

My favorite part of this office? Calling the nurses back... You sit on hold for anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes and sometimes the line hangs up on you. It's super, especially if you are trying to call during the day during some down time at work. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
