THE WORST PARKING experience EVER. Was quoted a price, by an supervisor Enmanuel, of $24 dollars for 3 hours (4pm-7pm) and was charged $42. When asking about the problem, Shirley Fabal was extremely rude and confrontational, and would held my car hostage unless I payed $42. She refused to give any supervisor/manager contact info I eventually contacted assistant manager Antonio Castillo. and he pleaded ignorance claiming that the manager Rafael Rodriguez was out of the country. He said he had no control over what the machine charges customers. I was robbed, and treated rudely. I have lived in Miami for over 5 years, and have never had worse customer service.
