The worst nightmare! I had enough with this place! Long wait in the am to drop off and it gets even worst to pick up your car around 5pm. They don't have enough people to assist. Only 2 employees in the am and 2 (if lucky) in the afternoon. 40 minutes wait is just insane! more

THE WORST PARKING experience EVER. Was quoted a price, by an supervisor Enmanuel, of $24 dollars for 3 hours (4pm-7pm) and was charged $42. When asking about the problem, Shirley Fabal was extremely rude and confrontational, and would held my car hostage unless I payed $42. She refused to give any supervisor/manager contact info I eventually contacted assistant manager Antonio Castillo. and he pleaded ignorance claiming that the manager Rafael Rodriguez was out of the country. He said he had no control over what the machine charges customers. I was robbed, and treated rudely. I have lived in Miami for over 5 years, and have never had worse customer service. more

Hi, Before parking the car, I inserted my Ipad into the trunk of the car. Upon returning to the car, before leaving the parking lot, I checked if the Ipad was still in the trunk. The Ipad was not just in the trunk but rather in a business bag well inside the trunk behind a Baby Stroller. Since I hid the IPAD prior to parking the vehicle, and I checked upon receiving the vehicle, the IPAD was for sure removed from my vehicle while under their care. The worst part is that the manager keeps on repeating that they are not responsible for object left in the vehicle. This lot is negligent in the sense that while the vehicle was under their care, it was either left unlocked, or the valet stole the IPAD. As anybody else gotten this kind of experience? more
