The parking in this complex is horrible. If you do park before 5 p.m., you will NOT have a place to park. The apartment has a contract with a towing company, so if you create a parking space, you will be towed. It is not fair to have to pay rent and not have ANYwhere to park. The leasing assistants will verbally tell you that there is a parking problem, once you have signed your lease, but when asked what is being done about it, no one can answer. \r
Basically, they allow non-renters to park in the spaces. Therefore, if you have groceries or bags to carry up stairs, you will have no place to park. \r
The owner has a contract with a towing company, so it's a win-win for the owner to not do anything about parking.\r

If you decide to visit the leasing office, ask this question first:\r
1. Is it easy to find parking? (If they say anything remotely to ""yes"", please walk away. It is a lie.)\r
\r
2. The walls are very thin. You can hear what other people are doing in there bedrooms. In addition, every time, someone runs water, you will hear it. \r
\r
3. Every time, someone else flushes the toilet, the water runs through BOTH of my toilets. I have requested maintenance. They have come to fix it, but it still runs water, so much so that I have brown stains that have formed from other people's constant flushing. \r

DO NOT MOVE HERE. There are better places in Stone Oak to move!!!!!!
