The meaning behind my title is my car was to be there only a day and it spent a week there. So here was my experience. The current shop I was going to was just a tad far and I wanted something closer to my house that I could just walk home while its being worked on. After looking on line and reading all the reviews I found First Class Auto. So I schedule an appt to take my car in and I meet with Ray. I inform him Ive made an appt at 8am and Ray just looks as me saying nothing and then throws his hands in the air. So I said Well this is my name I called to have this done to my car So I drop it off and towards the end of the day I get a call saying its done. I go pick the car up and leave and within 10 mins my car transmission starts failing the check engine lite came on and the car now wont idle. I rush the car back to First class Auto, Ray walks in the office and I inform him that something is majorly wrong. The first thing Ray says to me What do you mean I drove the car and nothing is wrong to which I told him Well if nothing is wrong why wont it run now? After about 15 mins they said Oh the manufacture sent us a bad spark plug. They replace it and I go on my way Tuesday I didnt have anywhere to go so I did not drive and Wednesday morning I get in my car to go to work and now my car wont idle again and is stalling. I immediately call First Class Auto and tell Ray its messing up AGAIN! I told him with my busy schedule I will have to tow the car since it wont run and rent a car. I read on other reviews he offered clients cars but Ray did not offer me a car or reimburse me the amount I had to pay to rent a car. I informed Ray that since they replaced the fuel filter maybe check and see if that could be it and Ray said why would he bc they did an oil change to which I said Why would you do an oil change I just had one done and I requested to have the fuel filter changed. Ray and I went back and forth on this about what he had done and it ended on him saying Well I dont have your receipt so I dont really know. So I tow the car there Wednesday night and drop the keys off. Thursday I call about 3pm to see if its done. Ray informed me that they havent even had time to look at it. WHAT?!! So Friday I wait and no call, Saturday I call him first thing and in a stern voice Ray said Its ready and we ordered the wrong spark plugs all together, and oh yeah you were right we did change the fuel filter. This has been thee worst experience of my life. Ray has no idea nor does he care the trouble he caused me. Also did Ray offer to cover any of the tow bill or even offer to refund the money on my spark plugs NO!! So bottom line DONT GO HERE!!!!
