Horrible service. I normally don't post stuff like this but people need to be aware of how you will be treated after you buy a pool from aquatic pools. Now my pool is 8 years old and some tiles are loose and my pool decking needs replacing. I need some plumbing work, as well as them to fix my lighting which was installed incorrectly. I understand elements and just normal wear and tear will cause this. I'm not looking for free replacement, i just want this damn company to return phone calls, show up to appointments that are made and deliver suggestions and an estimate on how much things will cost. I first contacted aquatic pools April 2 for an estimate. I left messages and was told i would be contacted. A few days later i had to call and ask again for an appt. Finally a representative showed up but was a waste of time. He said he had to wait for the boss to make some decisions. On what i don't know. I just wanted an estimate. Anyway long story short, it is now April 24. and still no estimate and no phone calls. Not sure if they have time for us little people or sure what is going on with this company. People, please do your research and asks many questions when deciding to buy a pool. Make sure the company you choose is competent and will treat you with respect and like family, when you invest your hard earned cash with them. I do not, nor would not recommend aquatic pools of new mexico to anyone. I challenge this company to at least call your customers back and treat everyone equally. No matter how big or small the project is.
