We had a serious problem with light/fan in our master bath that just had to be fixed. The electrician we used for years had an accident and could not work, so we went looking. We chose JM Electric Inc. from Tom Martino's List.
They scheduled us promptly and sent out Jeff one of their Techs.
It is rare to be served by a technician like Jeff. He has a terrific personality and really knows his business. Due to the complexity of the problem, he took 4 hours working on solving it. This time included getting the parts at Home Depot, only to find out that they were used and sold as new and did not work. He went back and insured he got a totally new system. He never lost his cool or his personality. He kept us informed of his progress. Unlike many technicians we have had, he did not try to sell us other items that we did not need. He said part of his job and maybe most important was satisfying the customer. We can tell you without qualms that he did just that. Jeff and JM will be our future solvers of our electrical problems and need. Thanks again Jeff
