They replaced a breaker for me but work on a "flat rate". $420 later, I had a new breaker and new outlet. Total time - 45 minutes. Priceless!! They told me about the flat rate, but I had already taken time off of work so I went ahead. $420 was the lowest, they went up to $1200!!! For a breaker. Really?? Don't use these guys unless you don't care about money. more

Armand was great. We had a loose wire in light switch he was here 1 hour. The cost was $350.00 I think that was high for 1 hour! more

The electrician from J M Electric Inc. who came, Armin, was wonderful! He was really easy to work with, so well-mannered, knowledgeable, and really timely about his work. I had him do a variety of things: put in a new ceiling fan and ground a bunch of outlets, among other things. He came prepared and was very efficient with his time. He just made it such a pleasant experience. I don't know how the other electricians are but I would definitely hire him again in a heartbeat! more

JM Electric put in a new electrical box for us, it was upgraded from a 100-amp box to a 200-amp box. The electrician, Clark, just explained everything he was doing, knew what he was doing, and was a personable guy. The city of Aurora's electric inspector came out and looked at the work and said that JM Electric provides some of the best work he's seen! more

Brian from JM Electric made the installation of our new ceiling fan a great experience. I have to admit I was a little hesitant when they first told me I would need to pay for someone to come give me a price quote, but the entire process went very smoothly and Brian was punctual, efficient and friendly, & the cost was very fair. We had our kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeled. During this remodel project, had two fluorescent light fixtures removed and 4 recessed lights installed in the kitchen. We also had a new heated tile floor installed in one bathroom. We needed a new circuit for the bathroom heated tile. All this work was done promptly and on time by Jeff Bailey. He was very courteous and professional as well as being prompt and efficient. In addition to his outstanding work, he also made some recommendations for future reference that are very reasonable and which I fully appreciate. One is to have a full house surge protector installed. He will do that shortly at a very reasonable price. He also said that to make my circuit breakers work best, they should all be shut off and turned back on at least once a year. This helps keep them from freezing up and not working properly when needed. He suggested doing it when we switch from Daylight to Standard Time since all the clocks have to be reset then anyhow. Very good advice. I give Jeff, and the people that from JM Electric who kept us informed about the time and date of the appointments a BIG THUMBS UP, and 5 star excellency rating. I also think the prices for the electric work that was completed was very reasonable. more

The conduit connected to my power meter box had pulled away, leaving a fire hazard. JM installed a slip sleeve and new box. They were timely and professional and helped me navigate working with the city and Xcel. more

As a single woman and with the experiences I’ve had in the past, I have to say it can be very difficult to trust service people. I am pleased to say that the experience I recently had with JM Electric Inc was outstanding. My electrician was Wes and he was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem with my kitchen lights. Wes explained and showed me exactly what was wrong and then he fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. Wes even had to go up into my very cold dark attic to find the problem – yuck! Wes was nice, friendly, respectable and trust worthy. I would absolutely recommend Wes and JM Electric to anyone – especially friends and family! I would recommend JM Electric not only for electrical problems but for any electrical request like installing some new light fixtures which I am going to be doing this year. It’s great to have my kitchen lights working again – thanks Wes!!!!! more

J M Electric Inc. is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! We called them when some wires to an outlet got all messed up. We called at about 1:45, and the technician, Jeff, was there by 2:30. When he got to the door he didn't ring the door bell in case there were children sleeping. That wasn't the case for me, but I still found that gesture amazing. He also put shoe covers on when he came in the house. Jeff worked really fast. The whole service from start to finish was excellent. J M Electric is prompt and efficient. Our experience with them showed us their workers are extremely polite, personable and knowledgeable. I will never use another electrician. more

My experience with Wes and JM Electric was very positive, productive, and educational. While installing my florescent light tube, I broke a plastic piece, and positioned the tube incorrectly. Wes showed me what I had done incorrectly, and how to do it correctly. I appreciated that. Although a technical glitch at the office got us off to a later start than what was initially planned, all ended well. I will definitely recommend JM Electric to others. more

I had Jeff come out to rewire the stagecoach lights on my garage. He was very professional and was attentive to how I wanted to do the most economical way to fix the lights. He gave me the "worst case scenario" which about knocked me off my feet, but proceeded to do a great job for a very reasonable fee. I will use JM Electric in the future for any electrical needs.
