Only twice in my life have a felt wronged and angered enough by a company to post a negative review. And this, is the worst. After having the same billing address for 6 years, for some unknown reason, it was changed on their end. I agreed to pay the fees and charges. But then in addition to the fees I should have never had, and additional SIXTY PERCENT was added as a ""pay out"" on my contract for the cancelled service. When I called to inquire on this, Danaille, was condescending to the point of being rude and not at all helpful. \r
If you use this company, you can either tolerate the inadequate inferior equipment and poor service, or pay their extortion fees to cancel the contract. I would strongly suggest a different provider.
