We went to the store looking for bunk beds. In an attempt to resolve a conflict with the store, on numerous occasions we have had numerous phone conversations that have ended up in screaming matches. They have offered to resolve the situation in ways that have only included us paying them more money first. We were forced to listen to religious ideology and beliefs in another futile attempt to resolve the dispute. Initial customer service is positive until a disagreement arises and then they lack professionalism and customer courtesy.\r

A few weeks after posting this, we came to an agreement on how to resolve our dispute.
