We went to the store looking for bunk beds. In an attempt to resolve a conflict with the store, on numerous occasions we have had numerous phone conversations that have ended up in screaming matches. They have offered to resolve the situation in ways that have only included us paying them more money first. We were forced to listen to religious ideology and beliefs in another futile attempt to resolve the dispute. Initial customer service is positive until a disagreement arises and then they lack professionalism and customer courtesy.\r \r A few weeks after posting this, we came to an agreement on how to resolve our dispute. more

I absolutely love this store. The employees were very kind and understanding of my needs. They determined what I needed for my room taking in account my 3 kids with small rooms. They were very knowledgeable and the selection was more than enough. I was recommended to them by a couple of friends and will do the same. Two thumbs up! :-) more

5 star rating! It is rare that I have such a fantastic review for a retail store. The team at Rooms 4 Kids is exceptional. There was no pressure in the sale. They gave my wife and I plenty of time to look around, provided us privacy to discuss the purchase. The sales staff is very courteous and respectful. It is clear that the goal of this store is to satisfy and help customers in any way that they can. They were sensitive to our needs, and bent over backwards to accomodate. They were able to secure us financing and provide quicker shipping in an effort to accomodate my daughter's birthday. In short, I highly recommend them. The are the epitomy of what a family owned business brings to a community. I have already spread the word to my daughter's school and co-workers. Best Kid's Furniture Place I Have Ever Visited 3/9/2012

The service here was phenomenal! My shopping experience here was completely satisfactory and quite surprising. No other store treated us so well and the pricing was great. Definately check this store out! The sales people are very educated and genuinely kind. They have more kids or teens beds than I have ever seen. They specialize solely kids furniture. The beds they show are practicle, fun, and space saving. They also carry kids bedroom sets for other people that have more space then I. The pricing is very reasonable for the great quality offered. I give 5 stars to this store and am satisfied with my little girls bed. more

I shopped all over the place and could not find a selection and personal touch near Roomz 4 Kidz & Teenz. The staff made it easy to shop without pressure and full of knowledge. I have always had a very difficult and time consuming kids furniture experience in the past. It was such a relief to feel at ease making my choice here. Try them out and you will see. more

I purchased all 3 of my kid's beds here. The furniture is very good quality and priced within my budget. They had a ton of beds on display and a few options for all my kids ages. Try them out. You will not be dissapointed. \r Plus the customer service was very friendly and helpful. more

Perfect Place To Shop For Baby To Teen Furniture 2/15/2011

I absolutely love this store. It is so cute and fun. The showroom is huge and great quality furniture. I've been here before for all my newborn crib, dresser ect. This time I came back for the stair bunk beds which worked perfectly our situation and safety. I tell anyone I know looking for baby to teen furniture about them and will continue doing so. The staff is extremely kind and very helpful. The pricing is very reasonable and still wonderful quality. They just opened a NON-PROFIT mattress store for orphans! Visit if you are at all in need in children's furniture!! more

Loved It!!!! :) 5/27/2010

I absolutely loved this store! They had a selection like no other. We were so frustrated trying to find somewhere to buy furniture for our kids because nobody has it! They had almost too many options but it was great. The staff asked me what I felt was best and affordable and the rest was so easy. No pressure...just friendly help. I thought it was so nice to have someone help me that actually cared about my needs and not just thier pay check (it helps without commission). They were fair, honest and helpful. Im still so excited! I cant wait for the rooms to be organized!!!!!! p.s. they even topped it off by introducing us to the other side of thier store. \r A NON-PROFIT ADULT MATTRESS STORE! \r New bed = helping orphans. Great customer service 7/29/2008

I just purchased new baby furniture and am beyond satisfied! They delivered the furniture and installed it within 1 hour. They were able to accomodate my schedule and were on time and professional. Everything was perfect and they cleaned up all the materials so nothing was left behind! Pros: delivery WITH installation and packaging material removal, High end choices more

Kids Furniture 6/27/2006

We bought my daughters new furniture from here and plan to buy my youngest daughters furniture from here also. The prices are a bit on the high side but the quality cannot be compared and the furniture is somewhat unique. We bought her a bunk bed type style with a twist, single on top, double on the bottom, drawers for stairs going up, hanging rack on one end and a desk on the other! It services so many purposes I can't even tell you, and she loves it!!!!!!! more
