I have had dealing and repairs by ARS now for 11years. Peter Wabbel was out today to repair my central unit. He was prompt and found problem right away and checked to make sure it was the problem before fixing. He gave me the cost and other options I might consider. Polite and helpful. A great asset to ARS. Will continue to use ARS
