I l live locally and my experience at autos direct online was up and down… but in the end they are a quality organization that did the best they could for me. ASK FOR JULIE. I found a Cadillac CTS simply a beautiful car, after my test drive the salesman asked for a deposit, I just wasn’t sure till I talked with my wife.. so the next day I went to buy it; cash in hand. The salesman called me when I was ten minutes away and I asked if i was still coming.. I said of course, as I pulled in he told me it was sold; I was devastated.. In the end told him to call me if the sale doesn’t go through. I continued to look through the site, because they have very nice vehicles and prices I noticed the car I wanted was listed again. My salesman never called; so I called and Julie Turner answered, she was wonderful we made the deal over the phone so an internet shopper didn’t buy it from under me again. On the way home I smelled something and I just put it off as the heater warming up. At home we found an oil leak.. I took the car to my mechanic and he told about a few problems; I am not a mechanic, so I never noticed them during the test drive. (only noticeable on a lift) I called the dealership right away and talked to Dan M. Who put me in touch with Dan Caldwell (mgr), both quality guys who said they would do everything they could to make this right. now i'm stylin in a Caddy that i wouldn't have it wasn't for Julie and team at ADO. I will pass the word and will buy from them again.
