Service Specialties was really good. We were having trouble with the furnace and the technician came out and diagnosed it. We agree on repairs but he warned me at the time that they might not be adequate because an old furnace meant further problems. He did the repair and when it was complete, it became obvious that repairs couldn't solve all the problems (as he warned).
Service Specialties sent someone else out that same day and we discussed options for a new furnace. It was installed in a few days. They were here when they said they would be and did the work to my complete satisfaction. My wife and I are very pleased with the results.
