Customer service hvac technicians 7/12/2019

When my AC broke down, SSI sent 2 of the best. Clint B and Chris are the best havc technicians I have ever had. Both were very professional and they explained things so I could understand. They both treated me with respect. I appreciated their help. more

Brian was very efficient and was able to replace and fix the water pressure regulator and main valve as well as the shut off valves for the front and back bibs. He made suggestions as to how to monitor leaks and any other problems which may occur. I highly recommend Brian. more

Job Well Done!!! 3/4/2019

Brendon the lead Tech came early this morning got everything ready for the the crew to get started. The guys were friendly and very respectful. They put on shoe covers and laid down floor coverings to protect my hard wood floors. I was told they would have everything completed in one day, I was a bit hesitant but they got it done. On top of all that I got very reasonable pricing.The guys did an excellent job today , I wish I could call you guys for all the other projects I have going on. Thanks Again Beau more

I was disappointed with the service. for just diagnosing the leak in my heat pump I was charged $414.00 for a five minute visit. This represents 10% of the price I paid for the heat pump three years ago. And to fix the leak I was given an estimate of $2,200.00 to replace the coil, which would be half the price of a new pump. This is ultra-embezzlement and exploitation by Service Specialties Inc. I do not recommend them at all. They are simply dishonest when it comes to service. more

Excellent 12/21/2018

Gene with SSI Service Specialties arrived early and described what needed to be done to bring some venting for my water heater up to code. He said that if I wanted to do it, it would probably pass code but also provided me with a quote if I wanted to have it done. The estimate was about what I thought it would be. Prompt (actually early), honest, and forthright. Those are words that don't often come to mind when dealing with home repairs but it did this time. Highly recommend. more

Reid and his team were excellent. The installations of a new furnace and a new air conditioning unit went smoothly. They are now both performing well. Reid explained the operation of both as well as the settings for the newly installed humidifier. more

We had a problem with our 22 year old Thermostat. The technician from SSI did not give up until he was able to solve the issue...and solve it he did. He was efficient, courteous and persistent. more

New furnace 12/8/2018

It's only been a few days since I have my furnace replaced. I'm extremely happy with the service I received.Daniel Reid and Jacob are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate Danel's effort to fix the problem before suggesting a replacement. Thanks for all your help more
