I write this after spending 3 hours cleaning up the enormous puddle of RAW SEWAGE left by the Mr. Plumber tech that was at our house. We had a sewer line blocked and I tried the $93 or Free offer from Mr. Plumber (part of Coolray). To their credit, it was $93 and they cleared pipe. \r

I wasn’t expecting white glove service, but what I did not expect was to have to clean up the enormous puddle of RAW SEWAGE (did I mention that?) left in our bathroom. And when I say enormous, it is a small bathroom (about 6 x 6) and you could only see about 25% of the floor. \r

The other stuff – being late, not finishing the same day, forgetting to schedule a follow up to finish the job – is annoying but can happen. Leaving our home they way they did – to me that is inexcusable. The tech did offer me the phone number of a restoration company so I could get someone to clean up after them.
