I write this after spending 3 hours cleaning up the enormous puddle of RAW SEWAGE left by the Mr. Plumber tech that was at our house. We had a sewer line blocked and I tried the $93 or Free offer from Mr. Plumber (part of Coolray). To their credit, it was $93 and they cleared pipe. \r \r I wasn’t expecting white glove service, but what I did not expect was to have to clean up the enormous puddle of RAW SEWAGE (did I mention that?) left in our bathroom. And when I say enormous, it is a small bathroom (about 6 x 6) and you could only see about 25% of the floor. \r \r The other stuff – being late, not finishing the same day, forgetting to schedule a follow up to finish the job – is annoying but can happen. Leaving our home they way they did – to me that is inexcusable. The tech did offer me the phone number of a restoration company so I could get someone to clean up after them. He also pointed out that I needed to take care of this quickly as it would quickly become a health h more

1st Service was Great! 6/18/2012

We had our first service on our newly installed furnace and ac. The tech took time to explain basic trouble shooting tips for the furnace and ac, as well as many furnace options. Excellent service. more

Coolray Rocks!! 9/30/2011

I required a replacement ac unit. The Coolray crew helped me through the entire process. From the friendly lady who initially contacted me, to the very helpful consultant Bill Brenton. He answered all my questions that I had. Next was the 2 very nice men Gary and Corey, who installed my new unit. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend Coolray to anyone !! Coolray Rocks !!!!!!! more

Not Very Good 8/29/2011

We have had Cool Ray for about seven years and have had a very mixed experience with them. After they had installed a new unit about seven years ago, everything was going fine until about two years ago. At that time we learned that the maintenance was done improperly and the unit became very dirty, they had to replace the compressor. Although this was done at their expense, it created a great inconvenience for my family. Today we had to call out a technician for what turned out to be the need for additional freon for our unit. The serviceman was so cold and rude, we have now decided we will no longer use Cool Ray for our next maintenance contract when it comes time for renewal in about three or four months. There must be companies with better service than this. I originally wrote this in June. Since that time we had the same exact incident with freon occur again. This is something which should not be happening twice in three months- and they charged us extra each time. more
