Sales manager didn't know a thing about the car he was selling and couldn't answer most of the questions during the test drive. The other dealerships we visited had much more professional staff who knew the vehicles and demonstrated that they valued our time. At Honda of Lake Jackson, we were handed off from one person to another and none of the three associates could answer basic questions or seemed to know what was going on. Tried to buy the car from them, but they sold it to someone else after we had agreed I would buy it. Not worth the trip out!
