I made an appointment by phone but when I went they said they could not find my name and asked me to reschedule. Do not waste your time with them as I just did.

I apologize for the misunderstanding. I do know from time to time we are confused with another repair facility in the area with the name Triangle Autobody. We are not the same business and as such we do not share schedules. Often times people set up an appointment with one of us and then go to the other. I am not sure if this happened in your case. I have reiterated with our receptionist the importance of mentioning this factor to people when they call in to set up appointments to try and eliminate miscommunications. Again, if the error was ours I apologize.
