I really appreciated the prompt service by one hour heating and cooling. The techs were very respectful and courteous. They seemed to take a long time, and I appreciated them letting me know some bad news even though they were coming out to do routine maintenance. I will not use them however, because i hate it when they try to sell you on extra services that aren't really necessary after giving you very expensive news, also after getting second opinions, it was clear the tech may not have been as knowledgable as to my options as those from other companies. I appreciated their service, but ended out going with a company that is a little more straight forward and had more and openness as to what my options are.

Dana had some great areas of concern. We believe (as many other Heating and Cooling service providers) that routine maintenance is the key to help maintain and possible extend the life of a system. From experience, when a client calls to schedule a service visit that is not on a routine plan, there are usually problems present that may or may not have been noticed. During Dana's visit we found the heart of the system, the compressor, failing. This part is out of warranty, the repair itself takes several hours to complete and this system operates with an older technology of refrigerant. It is our decision to follow manufacturer specifications. We appreciated the opportunity to help Dana with her heating & cooling needs.
