This Law Office has put me in the hole with a $9,000.00 counter lawsuit from a defendent because of there incompatence. I will be suing this law firm for legal malpractice. They decided not to represent me after creating a situation where i was countersued. This firm orignally denied my case which was the best thing to do, I would have never been put in a position to be sued if they followed there first recommendation. After speaking with my legal malpractice lawyer, I was told that they should have known this was an option for the defendent and by me not having car insurance, if the defendent countersued I would be personally responsible. This company has totally ruined my life with there decision to take a case that they oviously felt they could not win. To make matters worst they did not even recommend another attorney for me regarding the countersuit. This company will pay to a higher power. God Bless anyone who avoids this lawfirm.
