My attorney was very good and she always let me know what was going on with my case.

Worst

At the end I felt what they offered was bogus. The attorney explained it, and it was not what they said in the beginning. We reached an understanding at the end.

Besides the delay, which I don't know if it was on your part, or the insurance's part, the service was good. Josh mentioned a couple of times that he had a difficult time talking to insurance. I was also really amazed at the speed of communication and response from my lawyer. Responses were always within 24 hours, but often they were even within a couple of hours. more
