The gentleman at the counter for Dave's Auto Service was off putting and rude and the work I had done was either inadequate or not actually completed. When I went to pay and pick up my car, I was first told that my tires couldn't be aligned because they needed to be replaced- explaining that aligning them would wear them down. I replied that without aligning my tires, they would wear out even faster.
When the man at the counter looked at his book, he retracted his statement and said that they had in fact aligned my car. When I took it out of the shop, my car pulled a lot to the right, indicating that they either lied and didn't align my car or they did so poorly.
