My goal is to improve my health without medications. I didn't want my life dependent on expensive medications and all their side effects. Let me back up...I recently retired from many years of working on a dairy farm. It was long days filled with hard work and stress. My wife and I bought 20 acres in Rochester, near Swede Hall. We have several fields and 4 acres of forest. I like to raise cattle and cut firewood. We have a big garden, which I like to tend and raise 70% of our food. Then this last November, I started having back, neck and head pain. It was so bad that I couldn't move, turn, stop or reach. I saw all my desires and bobbies quickly impossible for me to do. I went to my medical doctor, who gave me muscle relaxants for bedtime. No tractor or driving. Then a Neuro-Surgeon and Neurologist. I saw no end in sight and I wasn't getting better. I came to the Chiropractic Clinic, Dr. martin couldn't even lay me on the table at my first visit! After 5 treatments, I was better. The next weekend, I cut firewood. This has been so helpful I now know that I will be able to do the things I enjoy Thank you. All of you have been a wonderful staff.
