When I dropped the car off for repair, I was told that it would be 5 business days for the repairs. I was also given a link to monitor the repairs online. I have had my car repaired here before, so I knew what to expect. I waited until day 2 to check the status. There were photos from Day 1 and Day 2 on the web site. Also the web page indicated that the repairs would be completed in only 4 days. On day 3, the web site showed me a customer survey. I found that rather odd, as the repairs were not yet complete. That was the end of any status updates. I never saw any more photos of progress. The web page kept indicating that the repairs would be done in 4 days. Not hearing anything nor getting any updated status from the web site, on Day 5, the day after the web page said the repairs would be completed, I called the shop. Not only were the repairs not done, but they wouldn't be done until day 6. I complained about the lack of communication/status updates. I have had previous good experiences, but this one was the worst I have had at the shop.
