No customer service. There were two employees(one may have been owner or manager) and three customers when I entered the store. After ten minutes, neither employee acknowledged or welcomed me into the store. Did not ask if I needed help or even have the courtesy to simply say, ""I'll be with you shortly."" Absolutely nothing. As a professional, my goal is to treat my customers with the utmost respect. Therefore, I expect to be treated as a welcomed and valued customer. I highly recommend customer service training for this particular business.
