Uh...it's not closed. It's still open and ripping off its residents. Absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life, and I spent 10 years in the service industry and I've been in marketing and branding for 5. These people are AWFUL. All caps. Just terrible. It's not that I was towed AS A RESIDENT with the correct decal on my car parked in an open parking spot, and it's not even that I never got back my $100. It's that their response to my inquiries regarding this incident was unreal: \r

Oh, and did I mention that three months after I was towed that towing company (SWAT Towing) was in the news for having 5 of their employees ARRESTED after a 2 year sting by Mesa PD? Are you kidding me? \r
