My daughter is enrolled in Acrosports for tumbling classes. I was told when I called to inform them that I would have to drop her classes, that I would have to do so online and give 30 days prior notice or my account would still be charged. I have explained on 3 different occasions since 3/7/2013 that I have custody issues regarding my child and that 30 days notice was just not possible. My child would not be able to attend any of the classes for the month of March and I was told that the payment could not be credited for April. I do not believe that I should be responsible for the $72 payment that was taken out of my account if the services were not provided. I called on 3/08/2013 and spoke to an employee who implied that the manager was not in and she would give my information \r
and return my call. I did not hear anything from them, so I called again on 3/11/2013 and was informed that the manager that took care of the matter was not there but would return in an hour. Three hours had passed and no response, so I called again. This time I was told that regardless of the circumstances, the managers would not refund my account. I asked to speak with them, but then was told there was no actual manager there to speak to with and that she had been unavailable for the last two weeks. When I told the person on the phone why I was told something completely different on the previous two occasions, she said there were different managers/owners and that the one I needed to speak to was not there and would be be returning until the end of the week. I also informed her that on her website in the ""drop classes"" section, which was the only way a drop request would be reviewed, it said ""AcroSports is willing to work with families who have special circumstances if parents communicate their needs to us."" I asked her why my circumstances did not fall in this category. She said I had to explain it in the drop request, which I informed her that I did in the original request. This facility has the worse customer service and managment team I have ever encountered.
