We really wish you'd told us how displeased you were with your groom. We would have refunded you your money or offered for the groomer to do it again to your satisfaction. We don't want our clients to leave unhappy. We're sorry you won't return. Please know that we do have a new groomer on staff that has at least 5 years grooming experience and all of our clients seem to be quite pleased with her grooming skills.
